VIBE DeltaBox BASS Generator
Simple half DIN unit that goes in the signal path from your headunit and before amplification at RCA level. It features a subwoofer crossover for bass so you can use it to set up your subwoofer system instead of relying on the one built into your amp or headunit (or you may well not have a bass crossover.)Like so many half-DIN units, it features an auxiliary input for another music source, as this is so simple to include but the Big Difference is that the unit exists to be married to an adjustable bass tone generator. This has its own gain control, so whatever you are playing through the music system at whatever level will not affect how loud it is when you press the button to trigger a few seconds of tone.
For this unit exists to show off the power, weight and depth of your bass system in an instant as you press ‘go’. The device is set such that when triggered, it will play a tone of pure bass at whatever you have set it to, from as low down as 30Hz (Although for a few Bass Lords and Psychopaths, it can be set lower) at the volume that will be as loud as you want or are able to set it. In normal mode it will play this tone for a few seconds but it can be fixed to play as long as you hold the button in. This button can be the one on the front of the unit or else, in an inspired bit of lunatic design, by the remote-wired red button on a nice long (3m) wire that each unit comes with.
