Finally a double din facia for the Mk1 Focus !
This facia is designed to allow you to fit a double din stereo in to your Mk1 Focus (1998-2005)
Fitment is fairly easy, you will need to remove the old radio first, then remove the facia panel and swap over the clock, hazard light switch and the cigarette lighter socket.
The new double din stereo is the bolted in place using two side mount brackets (which can be seen in the picture in the radio hole) supplied with the kit.
Please note that the opening is NOT large enough for a double din cage, hence why the brackets are supplied to bolt the radio in.
The facia plate also comes with a tiny trim ring which can be placed behind the facia and in front of the new double din radio in case there is a tiny gap around the outsides.
The maximum hole opening is approximately 179mm wide by 103mm high so please check your front facia size.
You may need to remove the original Ford radio fitting bracket from inside the dashboard hole.
The only only thing you will notice on this kis is that you cannot refit the ashtray assembly.
The facia is finished in a standard black ABS plastic, which if you wanted could be plastic primered and painted.
